None of the contents of this website or our promotional materials, such as our logos or our photo CD, may be reproduced, published, sent, copied, modified, or changed, used for business purposes of any kind, without the expressed written consent of Belle Caribbean, LLC.  Any other use of Belle Caribbean, LLC other than its intended use, is strictly prohibited by law. If any member is caught breaking our Terms of Use Agreement, his or her membership may be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Release for Photos

I understand that Belle Caribbean, LLC, its assigns, licenses, and legal representatives have the irrevocable right to use my name (or any fictional name), picture, portrait, or photograph in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purposes, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version (s), including written copy that may be created in connection there with. I am of full age or have the consent of my parents. By using the website Dominican Senorita, I confirm that I have read this release and am fully familiar with its contents.

Profiles of Members

We cannot guarantee that the information our members give us is correct. You may find profiles on the site to be offensive or inaccurate. We do our best to post accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that people won't lie to us, and therefore, we can't guarantee that all the profiles are 100% correct. We also do not allow nude photos on our website. If you would like your profile removed from our site, you agree to send us an email or fax asking us to remove your profile from our website. We will remove your page as soon as possible and send you a letter back to confirm that it has been done
